Hiatus no more

Dear Internet,

I have been slacking off from contributing from time to time and I do not have a good reason to solidify my laziness. For that I am sorry. But I've been taking this film/cinema class lately that has been really beneficial to understanding the history of media. Yes, it is a class that does nothing but watch films all period long but every one of these movies we are supposed to watch has significance. Otherwise, it would not be considered a class.

This is this one short clip I watched about the creation of a documentary and what it really is. What I got out of that short video was that every day in our lives, everyone of us create documentaries wherever we go. Whether you are stuck in traffic 7am in the morning; everyone is creating a documentary about it on their phones and it later gets on the radio or television telling us about the traffic problems in some nameless highway. These first hand experiences teach us something new every day so we can be more knowledge in our daily lives. We can either drive to work earlier or we can grab a breakfast and wait calmly in the car until traffic clears up.

My final point is, both the use and access of media is a privilege. I for one should always try to blog as much as I can because the more information there is on the internet, the more enriched the internet becomes. Even if blogging means to repeat what I sighted again, I should never neglect it. Plus I was told that the use of communication in our daily lives allows us liven our senses? Or something along those lines. Plus last season when I started blogging it really helped me with my essays as I could just ramble on and on and on until I finished spitting out all my ideas.

Long Live the Internet!
